The future of the common crowd control post…

You have tons of crowd control post options available to you with KW Crowd Control but it seems the folks in the United Kingdom weren’t satisfied with traditional posts. Apparently queuing technology has risen to a whole new level with the creation of holographic announcers.  Across the pond, in the United Kingdom, you’ll find these “2.0” versions of crowd control posts in the Manchester and London Luton airports.

The video really illustrates how the crowd control post has evolved into something that looks like it could be from a Star Wars movie scene.

While waiting to go through the security checkpoint, airline passengers receive a final review of what can be carried onto the flight, courtesy of these holographic “staff members.” These futuristic contraptions actually use same technology that the popular musical artists Gorillaz and the Black Eyed Peas use on tour.

Feel free to watch the video again, just prepare to be amazed. The future of queuing is off to an incredible start.
